Terms and Conditions for Music Sellers
By uploading your music and content to this website you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below
License Fee
You agree to grant a licence to the music buyer for use of the musical work in return for the payment of the sale price.
Licence Terms
Upon payment you agree to grant to the music buyer the right of use of your music throughout the world and in accordance with this agreement.
Warranty
You confirm the following:-
You are the copyright owner or have been granted authority by the copyright owner(s) to upload the music.
The music does not infringe any intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party.
The music does not contain any unauthorized samples and any samples used are royalty-free and cleared for use.
You shall indemnify the music buyer from all losses and costs arising from any claims from third parties.
Samples and Copyrighted Content
You confirm, you are solely legally responsible for any copyrighted content uploaded.

Reggae Music Ltd is not responsibility for any copyrighted content uploaded and Reggae Music Ltd have no way of knowing if a recording contains unauthorized samples or if copyrighted content has been uploaded and Reggae Music Ltd cannot be held liable for any unauthorized samples or falsely presented uploaded content.
You confirm,
Reggae Music Ltd will not be held responsible financially for any copyrighted content uploaded and Reggae Music Ltd is free and harmless against any and all claims.
Income
You have full control to set the sale price of your music.
Music sellers keep 85% of the sale price, (minus the payment fees).
Withdraw Fund
You can withdraw your income at anytime, the minimum withdraw limit is £5.
Uploads
You agree to upload an untagged stereo audio file on WAV or Mp3 of the song or instrumental.

Offensive Material
You agree not to uploaded offensive or sexual explicit material or content and we have the right to remove any material or content it deems as inappropriate.
General
We use all reasonable efforts to keep your music and content safe and they are stored on encrypted servers but we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any music or content uploaded to this website.
You agree Reggae Music Ltd will not be held responsible financially for any losses incurred by the loss or damage of any data or content uploaded to its website this includes but not limited to loss of earnings.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Reggae Music Ltd free and harmless against any and all claims, suits, liability, loss, damage, judgments, recoveries, costs, expenses and attorney’s fees made or brought, paid, or incurred directly or indirectly by any party in connection with the uploading of music or content.
By uploading your content you grant permission to Reggae Music Ltd and its partners to use of your content for promotional reasons.
We may terminate your access to all or any part of the website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice and effective immediately.
Terms and Conditions for Music Buyers
License Fee
The music creator has granted a licence to you for use of their musical work in return for payment of the sale price.
Music buyers acknowledge once payment has been made it is non refundable.
Licence Terms
Upon payment the music creator grants you the right of use of their music throughout the world and in accordance with this agreement.
The music creator grant the music buyer the right of use to their music as follows:-
- For listening pleasure
- For broadcast on the radio, internet and television
- To play as background music to an audience
Instrumental riddims with their audio stems
- Add vocals, additional sounds and instruments
- Sell up to 500 units containing the instrumental in a newly recorded song
- Units include CDs, digital downloads and all other forms of media, sales over 500 units will require a license direct from the music copyright owner(s)
Music Buyers May Not
Sell, transfer, sub-license, share, auction, give away or otherwise assign this license or the rights granted to any to any individual, third party or business.
Sell the music or make it available in any manner that would enable a third party to unauthorized use, distribution or download the music as a separate file, such as in e-card templates, on FTP (file transfer) servers, file sharing networks or websites.
Sell the music or make it available as part of any competing product such as music compilation or music library.
Claim to be copyright owner of the music.
Subject the music to any derogatory treatment as defined in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Limit of Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Reggae Music Ltd free and harmless against any and all claims, suits, liability, loss, damage, judgments, recoveries, costs, expenses and attorney’s fees made or brought, paid, or incurred directly or indirectly by any party due to any breach or claim of breach of this license agreement or in connection with the use of or copyright of the music.
